Hello everyone, in this blog I will write about changes I would like to make in my career. Regarding the curriculum, I would change those subjects with a very industrial and economic focus. I would incorporate a more social and environmental approach, which would provide solutions to the problems of the same type that exist today. For example, the conflicts of communities with companies in "sacrifice zones". Regarding the academic load and weekly study hours, I believe that these could be more limited. In addition, I believe that evaluations should be between 9:00 and 11:00, which is the time when we are most active (at least more than at 15:00, for example). I think our learning would be greater. Regarding the infrastructure of the faculty, I think it is barely sufficient. Hello everybody!!! Today I will write about time travel hahahaha it sound entertaining, right? I would like to travel back in time, to times when people were not yet destroying the world's ecosystems.  I would travel to different natural places. One of them would be the Amazon, with its impenetrable jungles and thousands of species.  I would also travel through the forests of Chile, from the north to Patagonia. I would visit the high altitude temperate forest of Fray Jorge in Coquimbo to see those big olivillos and canelos in their maximum expression. I would also visit sectors of the central zone with forests of roble de santiago, hualo, naranjillos and bellotos del norte. Obviously, I would also visit sclerophyllous forests with huge peumos and quillayes. Further south I would travel through the temperate rainforests with coihues, robles and ruiles of enormous dimensions. Hi everyone! Today I'll write about the kind of job I would like to have. About my dream job, I think on one that allow me to go to differents places like forest, wetlands and mountains of differents countries, but always, with the liberty that I like. In this way, my dream work is one that allow my to study different species, from big trees and complete forests to a bird or mammal in a resctricted area. Obviously, my dream work it will be majority outdoors. From some month ago I have been really interested for birds of prey, so I want to work with them. I would like to study it ecology, from their diet to their breeding behavior. About the salary, I just want it to be a fair amount and to allow me to buy some expensive equipment, such as binoculars, spotting scopes, clinometers, among others. Hi everybody, I hope you are well. Today's blog is about my carreer: Forestry engineering. The positive aspects of study forestry science is that this allow you to undestand ecosystems as a whole, and with us being part of them. This can you change your mind and your life style, being more conscientious of your impact in the world. Also, this carreer allow you to discover new wonderfull forests, some of the south, some of the coast, some of the mountain, etc. All of them have to much species richness and we need to value them, and protect them. Among the benefits of the carreer is the awake of your curiosity (at least in my case), this give you energy to visit natural places by you own and discover its hidden treasures hahahaha. Hi everybody! Todays blog is free theme hehehe so I'll write about chilean birdwatching. A couple years ago I developt a passion for birds. It started, among other places, in Antumapu. In our faculty there are very much trees, they attract so many different birds, like the House wren ( Troglodytes aedon ), the Striped woodpecker ( Dryobates lignarius ) and the Harris's hawk ( Parabuteo unicinctus ). Birds are very beautyfull and entertained. Personally, they cautive me. I can spend many hours walking and searching birds. Also, I've had to be patient to watch some species that are difficult to see. Sometimes, I had relly beauty and awesome moments. The most recent was a week ago. I was in the "Santurario de la Naturaleza Quebrada de la Plata", resting on a grassland in a hill. Suddenly, I heard a strong buzz. Hi everybody, hope you're well. Today I'll write about a travel that I enojoyed a lot. It was in Fabruary of 2021. I traveled with my mom, dad, both sisters and my girlfriend. We did go to Lican-ray for about two weeks. In Lican-ray we enjoyed the Calafquen lake very much and it cristaline water. On it we spend so many hours, taking the sun, swimming and diving. Also, we did visit the Lican-ray's peninsula, wich have a beauty forest, althoug it have very exotic plants on it. In addition, we goes to some nearby places, like Villarrica and Coñaripe. In Villarrica we navigate on the Villarrica lake on a Catamaran. In Coñaripe we enojoyed the lake and its nice view. What I most like was all the birds that I can watch, even someones that I never watched.
